Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean, with a nice bathroom and excellent working AC, but the scummy-looking chair was off-putting. The city view would have been better without the wall dividing it.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some areas like the bedside lamp and entrance door needed attention. On the bright side, the bed was cozy, and having free tea and coffee in the morning was a blessing. The hotel was quiet, which was great, but it lacked larger and better facilities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were perfect, clean, and so quiet with very comfortable beds, but the initial room was too small for my family with two older children until I was moved to a 'suite. ' The service was super friendly and accommodating, although there were moments when some staff members were not as helpful. The hotel's location was great and close to numerous city attractions, offering a mix of convenience and charm. While the dining options were good overall, there were occasional instances of less-than-friendly staff members. The facilities met expectations and were suitable for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and complimentary tea and coffee in the morning – a lovely touch. However, the property seemed a bit old and dated, with issues like a stuck entrance door and malfunctioning wardrobe lights. I may explore other options on my next visit, especially considering an upgrade from the basic room.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are on the small side, but the double Queens are a little larger, which I guess is to be expected in the city. The bathrooms are excellent with amazing water pressure. My room was large for New York with huge windows and a view to die for of the Empire State Building and city skyline. It truly felt like real value for money. Just make sure to try and get a room facing the Empire State Building as the other view is not that inspiring, especially if you've gone to the expense of a city view room.
The hotel is very small, even the executive suite, making it inconvenient for guests. The rooms are not spacious, but they did have a tub and separate shower. The staff were hesitant to assist with luggage, indicating poor service. On a positive note, they did offer to send up a basket of fruits and sodas, though it wasn't fulfilled. The location is amazing, within walking distance of major attractions, but the place appears a bit worn out and in need of refurbishment.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, making for a comfortable experience. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff accommodating our requests easily. The fantastic location within walking distance of attractions was a major highlight. The dining options were excellent, though a bit more variety could be a plus. Overall, a great value for the money.
